On-the-job train and Work Programme – Learn As You Earn (OJT-LAYE).

Paid remuneration during post-course training with basic and commission benefits. Start earning from the 2nd month from commencement.  Post-training employment with Yumeiho Asia guaranteed for those who meet graduation requirements and adequate proficiency levels.

PRE-REQUISITES

      • Male | Female
      • 18 Years old and above
      • A good command of English and bilingual in another language an added advantage
      • SPM | Diploma or Degree in Yumeiho therapy, sports science, anatomy, physiology or physiotherapy an added advantage. If you do not possess the above but have a passion and would like to learn and explore this as a career, we encourage you to apply too. 
      • Experience in massage therapy a further advantage
      • Preferable minimum height: 160cm (Male) | 150cm (Female)
      • Abled body of strength and endurance. Good physical fitness and health.
      • Able to work closely with patients to understand their needs and provide effective treatment
      • Must possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for helping others, able to maintain a good rapport, strong therapeutic relationship with patients and have a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
      • Impeccable ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics during interactions with patients including respecting their privacy and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
      • Able to adhere to the highest standards of discipline in compliance with standard operating procedures and treatment methods to ensure the safety of all patients
      • must have the willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and modalities
      • Possess own transport and appropriate valid licenses
      • Able to travel and must be willing to be relocated throughout Malaysia during the course of extended training/employment
      • Fresh graduates or individuals are also encouraged to apply.
